FOREVER NANNIES LLC provides nanny placement and referral services in the following locations:

• Connecticut: Stamford and Fairfield County

Description of Services

FOREVER NANNIES LLC provides nanny placement and referral services, connecting families with qualified childcare providers. We screen and evaluate nanny candidates and facilitate introductions between families and potential caregivers.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during the placement process
• Treat all nannies, families, and staff with respect
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Not misuse or misrepresent our services

Placement Services

Our role is to facilitate introductions between families and nanny candidates. While we conduct screening and background checks, the final hiring decision and employment relationship is between the family and the nanny. FOREVER NANNIES LLC is not a party to any employment agreement between families and nannies.

Fees and Payment

Our placement fees and payment terms will be communicated to you directly during the consultation process. All fees are subject to our current pricing and policies at the time of service. Fees may vary by location.

No Employment Relationship

Nannies placed through our service are not employees of FOREVER NANNIES LLC. Families are responsible for complying with all applicable employment laws in their respective states, including:

• Tax withholding and reporting requirements
• Workers' compensation insurance (as required by Florida or Connecticut law)
• Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9)
• Minimum wage and overtime requirements
• Any other applicable state and federal employment laws

Limitation of Liability

FOREVER NANNIES LLC provides referral services only. We are not liable for:

• The actions or conduct of any nanny or family
• Any damages arising from the employment relationship between families and nannies
• Any loss, injury, or damage of any kind resulting from the use of our services
• The accuracy of information provided by nannies or families

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the suitability of any nanny candidate or the success of any placement.

Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential all information about nanny candidates and families shared with you during the placement process and to use such information solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential placement.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of FOREVER NANNIES LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable federal law and:

• For Florida services: The laws of the State of Florida shall apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
• For Connecticut services: The laws of the State of Connecticut shall apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
